Roasting & Shipping Schedule
We roast almost every single day from Monday to Friday during normal business days which ensures that our customers receive the freshest beans delivered to their door. Our Roastery is closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as most holidays.
- All orders placed before 9am (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will generally be packed and shipped that day or next at the latest.
- All orders placed after 9am (Eastern Time) Monday through Thursday will generally ship the next business day.
- All Orders placed after 9am (Eastern Time) Friday and during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground or USPS Priority. We do have UPS 1-DAY or UPS 2-Day delivery available and Rates are provided during checkout.
Note: UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, so please plan accordingly. Also they do not ship to P.O. Boxes so any orders will be automatically shipped via US Mail.
APOs/FPOs: We do ship to these addresses via US mail – see rates on checkout.

Order Tracking: We do have the ability to provide tracking numbers once the order is shipped and you must have an email address on file to receive the information. Please contact us if you do not receive it, want to update email or have questions regarding the delivery status.

We do not accept returned coffee due to it being a perishable food item. If your order contains an error or is damaged in transit, please call us within 2 days of arrival to arrange a replacement or refund.
